1. Can I upload my own design?
Yes. With our design tool, you can easily upload your own design and customize it to your chosen size. You'll see exactly what your mousepad will look like before you order.
2. What if my design is not of good quality?
Every order is inspected. If the quality isn't good enough for a flawless final result, we'll contact you before production begins.
3. Are the mouse pads water-repellent?
Yes. They can withstand light spills. A quick wipe with a cloth is sufficient.
4. How do I maintain my mouse pad?
Clean with a slightly damp cloth. We do not recommend washing the mouse pad in the washing machine. See the full guide here .
Orders & service
1. How long does it take to make and ship my mousepad?
On average, your mousepad will arrive on your desk within 2 to 5 business days . Each one is carefully crafted – no mass-produced items, just your unique design. As soon as your order is ready, you'll receive a track & trace code.
2. Will I receive a track & trace?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with track & trace.
3. Will there be any additional costs with my order?
No. The price you see in the webshop is the price you pay. No hidden costs or import duties.
4. Can I return my order?
You can return standard products within 14 days. Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
5. What if my product is damaged or delivered incorrectly?
Contact us and include a photo. We'll always look for a suitable solution.
6. Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes. For companies, teams, and events, we offer customized solutions, larger quantities, and volume discounts.
7. Can you help with design or branding for companies?
Absolutely. We'll brainstorm with you or take care of the complete design, tailored to your brand or corporate identity.
